| The Registration Fee is non-refundable. |

Students will be considered registered program participants for as long as such a written cancellation has not been received. Non-attendance of classes does not justify the refund of fees.
Students wishing to withdraw from their program must advise the representative in writing. Their written request should be duly signed and dated, and should state the reason(s) for their cancellation
The "CANADIAN LANGUAGE EXCHANGE CENTRE IN MONTREAL" reserves the right to cancel programs for which there is an insufficient number of students.
CLECM will offer private or semi-private courses of a shorter duration to replace the cancelled classes.
CLECM will refund the tuition fees in full for services not delivered as a result of such a cancellation.
Missed classes credit - 1 class only (If you plan to miss classes during the term, please notify the teacher to make other arrangements). |
